1. All players must sign up to our website before applying for poker sponsorship.
2. All players applying for sponsorship must sign up to a poker site using a link from our website.
3. All players must complete poker point requirements before time stated in sponsorship confirmation e-mail.
4. All poker points must be earned from cash games and sit and go tournaments.
5. Once a player has earned the amount of poker points required players are required to e-mail or telephone our management team for confirmation.
6. Players that lose sponsorship money are NOT liable for any repayment of buy in, accommodation fee's or travel costs.
7. We are not responsible in any way for any losses for any sit and go or multi table tournament or cash/ring game.
8. Players that do not play their sponsored tournament will not receive any compensation nor will we be liable for the loss of any funds and or accommodation, travel costs.
9. Players under the age of consent in their home country, state or province will be banned from our site for life and may be prosecuted by law agencies.
10. Players must not have multiple poker accounts any player found doing so will be banned from our site and the poker site in question.
11. Players must not abuse these rules in any way.
12. Players that reach a cash place in any tournament are required to pay the amount of the buy in plus 5% of any winnings.
13. Players that do not repay sponsored buy in plus 5% of winnings will be banned from our site indefinitely.
14. Players that reach cash places in sponsored tournament are not required to pay any accommodation or travel costs paid by our website.
15. Players must play for at least 1 hour per month to keep sponsorship deal active.
16. Players that do not play for the minimum for of 1 hour per month will have their current sponsorship deal deactivated until further notice.
17. We are not liable for paying any rake offered by our partner poker sites.
18. We are not responsible for any losses of poker points from players failing to reach poker point requirements for sponsorship deals in given time scale.
19. We require that any repayment of buy in plus % of winnings be paid to our account.
20. Our account information will be sent to all players via e-mail after sponsored poker tournament finishes and a cash place was reached by player in question.
21. Any player found to have given false information will have their account terminated and will be banned from poker site in question and could face prosecution from law agencies.
22. Players that have require a change to their poker sponsorship deal are required to e-mail our management team 72 hours before the sponsored poker tournament begins.
23. All decisions by our management team our final and will not be changed.
24. Players must not abuse other players verbally with text or in any other way players found to be abusing other players will be banned from our site.
25. Players must also not send any abusive e-mails to our management team if a player does send abusive e-mails they will be banned from our site.
26. Players playing any sponsored tournament must grant our website exclusive rights to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses for marketing purposes and agree to participate in scheduled photo opportunities, press conferences, interviews and other publicity oriented activities such as receptions, parties, etc (again whilst wearing our branded apparel) and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use/appearances. This obligation extends for a period of 12 months from time of end of the land based tournament. Failure to adhere to these terms will result in the forfeiture of all present and future sponsorship.
27. Players playing any land based sponsored poker tournament are required to wear our websites own branded clothing for the duration of the poker tournament, clothing will be provided free of charge.
28. Any player to be found not to wear our websites branded clothing will have all current and future sponsorship voided.
29. Poker sponsorship deals are non transferable and non refundable unless express permission from our management team.
30. By signing up to any poker sponsorship deal the player agrees to abide by these terms and conditions in their entirety
31. We do not guarantee that you the player will be able to complete the poker challenges and we are in no way responsible for any losses.
32. Any members found making multiple accounts will be banned from our site permanently and any current sponsorships/challenges will be void.
33. Any member caught trying to cheat or manipulate any of the challenges will also be permanently banned from our site and any current or future sponsorships/challenges will be void.
34. Any members caught using the badge images without completing a challenge will also be banned from our site and will have any current or future sponsorships/challenges voided.
